Loss of wifi

I am having a strange bug and no amount of googling seems to help. The problem is, after running the game for the first time I can play until I shutdown my computer. After I do the WiFi stops working, the only thing that fixes it is a system restore. I've uninstalled my drivers and reinstalled them, I've reset the adapter, I've reset my router I've checked windows event viewer and nothing seems to fix it short of a system restore. I've installed the game but not ran it, shut down and I still have WiFi, I have a feeling it is game guard as that is the only thing that installs when I run the game. Anyone else having this issue? I'm running Windows 10 with an Asus motherboard, gtx 1070,  32gb ram,  i7 processor with a wireless adapter that's plugged in directly to the mother board (Asus hero maximus extreme)
