Strange FPS bug

Hi everyone,

 

I recently bought a new computer, with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 in it.

 

I can have 60 fps constant with good graphics quality, however, I encounter a strange FPS Lag.

 

Whenever I turn left, i have fps drops, which never occurs when I turn right, in which case the fps remains perfectly stable.

 

Anyone knows  how I can fix that or where the problem comes from ?
