Failed to Connect Error (200) Please Help

So i downloaded game again today and i just cant log in for past 3 hrs i tryed everything! 

From opening ports,turning of firewall,antivirus,even using vps i keep getting  Failed to Connect Error (200) after i enter my pin (yea i am sure i entered my pin right)
