Error Server Disconnection

So I return to BnS and wanted to give it another chance...

I am suppose to go into the Bandit's Hangout but for some reason I get this server disconnection every single time...

Why is this? Is there a fix? Yes I've googled about server disconnections but Ive yet to see why it happens or how to fix it...

I play from Florida , so I use the North American server...I cant even do the story without going into the cave..Come  on NCsoft :/
