How to finish Act 7 Chapter 1 : Early Signs

So there is this letter I´m supposed to read from Do Danha but there is no letter in my inventory and also I can´t track quest.

I´m guessing I´ve finished the storyline for now? Suddenly Khanda Vihar quests started, wich I can´t go through corrupted chamber Ebondrake Watcher, is it supposed to be a party mode dungeon?

I hope someone here can help me ^^

Act 7 is not available to us yet so it can not be done till we get it. Should be sometime next year.
