Latency problems after Beluga update

Greetings,

 

It's expected to have some latency when I am playing this game because I am from Brazil, but after update I am getting more than 500ms of latency. I can't even use a skill properly. I am level 50 HM 10 and until this update I was able to play with 300ms. I was okay with it. But now it's impossible to play...

Whats is important to note is that I only have this lag when I am in cross-Server dungeons. When I am playing in Soha server it's all fine. Can someone explain this to me? What I am supposed to do?

 

My internet connection is fine, I already tested outside BNS and worked like a charm.

Exactly the same issue here  I was 90-100 ms before  and now keeps around 300ms.
