Is Awakened Dragontongue bugged or am I crazy?

I'm pretty sure Awakened Dragontongue's dmg is supposed to be boosted by baleful, however, when I upgraded from stage 3 to 4 earlier today I noticed it wasn't getting the extra dmg anymore, I already asked a BM with stage 1 and he said it IS under the "enhanced" tab on his martial tome, but that's not the case for me anymore

 

So now I don't know what to believe anymore, was it ever enhanced? Is it actually bugged for stage 4 and above? Can any BMs with legendary please confirm that and tell me your weapon stage as well?
