Problem With Downloading

Hey guys im having a Problem downloading the game after i deleted it, when i tryto download the game it says i already have it and i tried to find the game in the controllpanel, but I can't find it, anyone who knows how to fix it?

uninstall launcher

clean registry 

reinstall launcher

download
