REGION LOCK??

Hello, please tell me if its possible to play from locked region without VPN or such software. f.e. if support can unlock for IP region lock or something.. i played on eu servers, Cardinal gates, i like playing there, why i have to ply on russian servers idk. also I check that Georgia is no more in CIS countries after 2008. any explanation? can some support see this ? why Georgia locked and why they think we are in CIS ?  for mor info please check this link : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commonwealth_of_Independent_States
