Returning player; a question on lag.

I posted a similar thread in the bug forums. I just want an answer on the random lag I was getting a few months ago before I left. Was there ever end thing done about it, because all the fixes I had held no bearing on my problem with lag spikes. I can run games like black desert online at max with about 60 fps, but this game was always a mystery. Just wondering if anything was done, or if I'm in the same boat.
