Game settings reset every re-Login

My game xml files seems to be changing dynamically from A "read-only" file to A "non-read-only" file , I have worked on this trying to make sure it stay's read only . 

But for some odd reason it resets my settings and changes it self to A non read only file . 

I have tried reinstalling the game in different directors.

I have tried reinstalling the launcher.

I have tried manually changing the file to read only.  

Non of the above worked , However some times it would stay the same for A single or 2 logins .

I've been dealing with this issue for a while and of course, NC Soft tech support has been next to useless in resolving this. I looked around the BnS Reddit on specifically on this issue and there was suggestions that it is Microsoft OneDrive related. May want to try and disable that but I tried it and it didn't work for me, it might for you though.
