Bug?

Hi, I recieved Venture Token on the daily spin and it was sent to me by the game in the mail, but for some reason I cannot unpack it. Whenever I try, a message pops up: 

"Failed to open the package. The item is invalid." 

What should I do? Is it a bug or?
