Models of NPC, Mobs, doesn't load

Hello, I'm was playing BnS at a friends house, which pc spec are: 
Intel Core i3-2100 
4GB Ram DDR3 
HD6870 
320 GB HDD (7200RPM) 
Windows 10 (32 Bits)

 

As you can see, the PC specs are enough to play BnS, but I have a big problem at the gameplay, the models of npc, mobs, objects doesn't load when im far from them, and I have to be like 15m from them too load..., I though it was a graphic issue, but the Visibility settings in the game are maxed out... How can I fix this?
