Need help with clan outfit crafting?

Does anyone know what the cream coloured box, & the orange symbol next to the item name means? I don't have some crafting materials yet, but if the symbol was because I don't have the crafting materials, then all the designs/items would have the box & orange symbol, but not all the designs/items have these symbols. My clan rank is 7, so I don't think they're there because the clan rank isn't high enough. & I don't want to waste money buying the materials if I can't use the design. Thanks in advance. :)
