Crash After Clicking Play Now.

Returning player here. I was trying to get back into the game. I just did a full, fresh reinstall of Windows 7.  There are absolutely 0 programs on my computer other than BnS(not counting the Windows programs), my firewall and AV are disabled, all drivers are installed, and I'm not using any Razr hardware, or software. I've tried multiple reinstalls, no dice. I have surfed the forums and Google to find a solution and have come up with nothing. Where do I go from here?

Are you getting that 'disconnected from server' thing? Because mine says that and crashes whenever I press play, too. Maybe the servers are just down.
