Returning Player

I played until February somewhere just before the HM patch hit so kind of confused what the new stuff is about..

 

Can anyone explain me what's new, including the HM levels, and explain me what and how I can obtain the new stuff? (dungeons, gear, class, skills/balance ..)

The last advanced I got was completing Poh a few times but dont know anything what has come after it..

 

Surely I'm not the only one struggling returning player :p
