Getting An Outfit Of The Opposite Gender

I'm just curious to know how many of you have got a costume that was opposite of your gender? I.E. Pirate King or Seductress outfit
Do you think they should at least let you trade them off to a different character or exchange the outfit or ticket for something else?

This would be my third seductress ticket on my male character and there's really not much I can do with them!

Ideal would be able to salvage them at the very least. :c  I've had pirate king twice on my female summoner, lol.
