Account been compromise

Hey guys my Account has been compromise. I already sent a ticket to ncsoft about it. They guess my password (wish was a lot of different numbers and letters) and i guess they found out my in game pin number. I'm really upset about this whole thing. Hopefully ncsoft can find out who stole it and banned the sucker and get my account back. For those that had this happen to them.  What did you do? Just sit and wait? =(
