i buy my premium membership for 1 year like 3 hours ago and im not recive my costume my points nothing pls help

Bought mine yesterday, still have not seen anything ingame, web account shows the subscription but the game claims otherwise,

My paypal also doesnt appear to have deducted the funds, id cancel and try again but am concerned that would only land me with two bills somehow
