installation issues , please help!

So i downloaded the BnS lite installer and went to my desktop to click on the shortcut so it can download my game , but when i click it nothing happens! it shows the proccess on my task manager , i tried deleting and clicking again but nothing happpens.  tried re installing still nothing. i Keep getting error 3001. i tried launching through client and still nothing. Some1 please help T_T
