bloodyy05 Posted April 5, 2016 Share Posted April 5, 2016 So i just bought premium from site.(30 days) and i've gotten couple of e mail like: ''thank you for your purchase from ncsoft'' ,''subscription is activated'' ,''your order fulfillment is complete'' then i checked my account for several times but there was no premium. So i sent a ticket about it no one replied and like an hour later i've gotten an email saying ''your subscription has been cancelled'' any kind of help would be appreciated. have a good day Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
