Arena/Dungeon Fps Drop - Regular fixed dont work, please help

Hi,

 

Specs:

GPU:AMD FX 8350 Eight Core Processor4.0Ghz

RAM:16 GB

Graphic: Nvidia 970GTX

Mainboard: Asrock 970 Extreme4

OS: Win7 64Bit

 

What happens: I randomly get Frame drops from "110-120" to "10" Something which feels like "3", after 5Seconds goes back up to normal. Unplayable in Arena.

 

I Have this since the 50 Patch. Nvidia Inspector Fix doesnt work. Different Nvidia Drivers dont work. Tried Googling it/Forum search. Not a working Answer. Obv Cant be my Hardware, didnt have this before.

Fixed The Issue. tl;dr pc wasnt getting enough fresh air/good air cicle
