RNG Trouble- Pls. help!

Dunno if this is the correct forum to put this topic in, but RNG in the Foshi Pyres Stalker wheel has been giving some bad RNG, wasted almost 20-30 keys, I have at least 5 more of each class' Stalker weapon, have 37 soul shield sets, and have 11 outfit boxes, been farming for 5 hours now, really worried about the RNG since Stalker Lynblade didn't drop anytime I used my keys, almost out of keys, used every last key pack I won over Daily Dashes, is there a way to trade the Lynblade or something under level 15? Or do I have to do something to get my class Stalker weapon?
