One response a day

I'm not mad that my account was hacked or that my account was temporary blocked for security reasons or how my premium is wearing off, but how long it takes for you guys to respond. It's literally one response a day....After I sent you guys a ticket I have yet still have no clue what's going on my account. All I know it's temporary blocked and that's about it. Is there no other way to contact you guys for a bit of a faster response?Well...it's only Day 4.

I feel your pain, I started this thread to kind of gather everyone's experiences and times into one place:
 

 

 

I am personally on day 6 waiting now, I haven't had a response in 30 hours now.  I'm just waiting patiently, practicing my sweet kung fu moves and learning how to make homemade pasta :/

its very ridiculous to have to wait so long for them to respond just to ask you more information that could of been givin in the first email, this is stupid.
