UnluckyCharms Posted April 2, 2016 Share Posted April 2, 2016 I'm not mad that my account was hacked or that my account was temporary blocked for security reasons or how my premium is wearing off, but how long it takes for you guys to respond. It's literally one response a day....After I sent you guys a ticket I have yet still have no clue what's going on my account. All I know it's temporary blocked and that's about it.
