Multiple Blaze when ?

That isn't exactly a "hey, when's Y update" but I'd like to know how far we are from the Spectral Grab Hongmoon Technique sidequest to give us FMs a nice Genkidama or Hellish AoE, and when we're at it, what will be required to get it ?

 

I thought we'd get it with the Silverfrost update but we got Shockwave (which is also very nice !).
