transfering money

hi I have a character which is lvl 21 and has 28 silver but I don't want to play with her anymore so I was going to delete her but first I wanted to know if theres a way in which I can delete her and the money wont go to waste

You can mail it to another character, if you have that option enabled (you have to buy NCoin or use it or something first).

If not, then you can have a friend take it, and then give it to your new toon.
