Account Hack

Hello guys,,my account was hacked yesterday,everything on this account is changed the info,name and there is no pin on the game,this account is like a new one.Im waiting for the support to reply my ticket i hope they can see that soon.I was wondering is that a normal kind of hack ?

It does seem to be common.  Do the needful and secure your email account and put 2 factor authentication on it, make sure its not yahoo, yahoo is terribad.

 

Just let the ticket work its way, provide the information they request, and refrain from bumping your ticket(it sends it to the end of the queue apparently) and you should be good to go once they work it all out.

 

Once you get your account back, you can put 2 factor authentication on your account as well, I highly recommend it.
