Buying Membership with PayPal Balance

I have enough money in my PayPal Balance to get a 30 Day prem but it's not letting me always asking for my debit card, is it not possible with PayPal Balance?

Hi, I send a ticket for this issue too and I also tried to buy NCoin, I spend a week or more exchanging replies with the support team and they didn't give me a solution. I understand that you need associate a credit card to your paypal account for a membership but why to buy NCoin? that has no sense. 

 

I hope NCsoft add more payment methods, because this sucks.
