Lost book hongmoon skills

Hi! I play a KFM and I heard somewhere that the hongmoon skill for my counter is already released. In an attempt to find out how to get it I came across this link http://www.freedomplays.com/blade-soul-unlocking-hongmun-skill/2/ I am mostly interested in book 2. Is this actually released? I noticed that the link stated that they could be traded so I searched several variations on the listed names and found squat in the auction house, was the translation in the link inaccurate? If so what are these books actually called, and how do I go about farming them? Blocking BD and Destro spin without being stunned would be enormous for me.

I also tried searching fateful tome, which is what the locked skill says.
