Can't run bns with high perform nvidia processor

Hi! So I want to run this game with high performance NVIDIA processor and it shows "You don't have the privilege to select the graphics processor" "Select the preffered graphics processor for this program in the NVIDIA control panel"

 

When I got to Control Panel>Manage 3D settings>Program Settings and then add bns and choose the preffered graphics processor it doesn't let me choose the high performance. why?
