With the new lv. 50 patch, will it be better to use the

-new fire Flicker (T4S3) + Dragontongue

-crit Flicker (T4S1) + Honed Slash?

-fire Flicker + Honed Slash?

 

If it's situational (ie use one combination when tanking and one combination when not tanking) then please give me the details!
