need advice

[Soulme]

I'm currently at lv38 and my class is assassin..my problem is i wasted a tons of element of training and hongmoon. 

I only have 2 of em left, was it a total waste or not?I'm still new to the game and i didn't know that those elements were gonna need at 40+ to upgrade your gears since upgrading is expensive. Should i remake or not?
