Can't claim reward

I don't know why sudden i can't claim reward from my box, nothing even from daily spin wheel items, why is that any one knows?

sorry i found out, i just need to press smth like near button "Unpack" then revieve item :D

If you click on the unclaimble Mail you see a "unpack" in the bottem right, just under the reward in the mailbox. Click it and you can claim your reward afterwards the way you are used to :)
