problem with changing the e-mail

i have a problem with changing my mail when i log to my account>settings i cant see the "change" but when i refresh the page it appears then dissapears i try to click it but nothing happens i have 3 accounts and this happens to my 2 accounts and the other is working fine i can see the "change" and i can click it, i never changed my mail before so guys can you help me or give me some tips nothing works i tried everything i sent 2 tickets but they are not answering help me pls.
