Problem with arena lobby

Just like i write in topic title, i have problem with arena lobby:

 

when I try join my fr lobby, or my friend try join my lobby it allways show "Lobby is already full", but in lobby is onyly 1 person(Me or my friend)

 

What i should do, to creat lobby and fight with my friend?
