Using WTFast is a ban reason ?

Im playing in Turkey i generally have 150 250 ping. Someone told me WTFast program. They say it decreases ping. Using it is a ban reason ?

I'm not 100% sure but..

 

I think they said that it is not bannable, but they wont support it because it's a 3rd party program. I've been using it for over a month now and had no problems.

I don't think so. I've been using battleping and haven't had any issues.
