SystemError 200 account authenetication failure

[sorry guys for the bad english.]

i sent to bns support problem connection to the game(error 200)


and i try like a 20 hours to fix this problem and i dont fix it.
so ask u guys maybe u can help me to fix it
i change my dns
try to reinstall..
reset for router
searching for guides
and still not working....

 Im in [DE] Windweide server
I'm Really don't do nothing worng..

please guys help me :/

I'm having the same problem. It started 2 weeks ago, but i have it at certain hours only. I was chatting with NCSOFT support team this week, but we don't find a solution yet.

 

Where are you from? I'm from Argentina.

and if ever i can log in... after i select my character and try to go in game the next error will be error 300 :v

That sucks mate sorry to hear that you have problems, try and login to your account on the website and remove your Authentication and logout again from the site and relogin you should get a email... Sometimes it helps to do so as your ruter might have added a new ip mine do so sometimes it kinda sucks but that the same time not as it keeps your account safe...

 

You can try that else i am not sure what to say to you as i have only had that problem 1 time and it fixed it self after 1 day or so :/

ohh :( i have 2 charchers of 45 lvls and i get this problem

i try to do it' this is the first step i try to do :(

2 days with it,if 1 more day i guess isnt waorking i will try to connect with vpn...
im really  addicted to this game :P
