I need help with getting it to start

Hey, I need help with blade and soul it will not seem to work i tried 5 times i installed it uninstalled it and there was no blade and soul game it created a ncsoft folder in my programx86 files but nothing in it i searched my laptop for blade and soul only thing that popped up was its image no game it was supposed to make a shortcut but nothing can anyone help me
