Gift from store not received

Hey guys, i have a problem with the hongmoon store, 

 

I gifted a friend a premium membership, my ncoins has been charged but my friend still haven't received anything... i boght it like 2 hours ago .. is this normal? will he receive it by letter or does he need to claim it in the hongmoon store?
