in game chat

I just started playing the game and am lvl 5 i think. I don't see anyone talking, all i see is these grp things that i don't quite understand. Am i in the wrong chat or no one talks. Loving the game, just find it odd i see no chat going on in a game that released not to long ago.

Sadly there's no global,server chat, only faction chat that you'll unlock after the 'Call of the warring factions' quest. Also, based on the server you chose, the number of players in starting zone may be different :) don't panic, for party dungeons you use the cross-server dungeon system, you'll never have problems in finding help or other people there. Hf.
