Game server hates me

This problem started yesterday and I have not found a way to fix it. I also know its not my internet since steam and discord work perfectly fine.

 

I disconnect from dungeons and arena, my game freezes but I am able to talk in clan chat and party chat until about 3 minutes pass is ti says I have disconnected, it is utterly impossible to rank up in arena because of this problem and running dungeons is becoming a pain in the ass. Restarting the game or computer does not help at all and sometimes it gets so bad that when i connect back into the game, i have the old version of the skill book, my tome pages vanish and i have all 36 points until it disconnects me again

 

No one I know is having this problem like me and it does not happen in open world, someone please help.
