I'm not sure why but BnS hasn't worked for a week now. Here's what it gave me every time I start up:

Also, it said if the problem persists, to contact the support URL, https://us.ncsoft.com/en/support/. But every time I try that, it says the page doesn't respond. The main site works just fine, so why doesn't the support page work? If someone has a solution, I'd really appreciate it, I got some warlock leveling to do. :)
