Character stuck looking in to same direction.

what do i do when this happens? this is incredibly uncomfortable to deal with, and only restart of game helps..especially in arena (tho i did manage to win with character stuck looking in same direction, vs bot destroyer xD wonders of fm :D ) ... so.. what can i do to quickly fix that?
