Accidentally made UI too big in 800x600

So I'm playing B&S on a laptop, and I hit the optimize button, which turned down the graphics and decreased the size of the window. I am okay with this. My problem is that because it was so small, the words on the screen were harder to read, so I hit the UI Fixed button to try and mess with it, but when I hit apply, the UI became too big for the screen, and all the buttons at the bottom are now unreachable. On top of that, at the character menu, the settings button is covered, and I cannot change it back. I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling everything, but it always stays the same, I have even tried using a different account. Is there any way that I can just completely redo everything, even if it means downloading everything like I did the first time?
