Pve lag glitch?

So I just started to play today and im currently fighting these young sand counch, thing is the combat is not very smooth. Im an assasin and sometimes my LMB (mist slash) takes about 3-5 seconds to strike and/or sometimes it also takes that much time to chain like withe the other slashes LMB. Or for example when Im comboing it also takes some time to link with skills such as trap or decay. Playing on europe and I`m from uk, my net is also good. so weird.

 

Im also on the server windrest, is it bad?

But how can that be, my internet is very good to be honest, never had  any problem with any game. Always better than average ping and in this game this happens?
Could it be the server? Im from UK playing on europe windrest
