please help stuck at story!!

im lvl 42 and at Act 3 Chapter 24 i was at the misty woods area but i tp'ed out to meet a friend , now i cant tp back in and there is no way to get there,
i got there from the portal at iksanan house but its not longer there,
what can i do please help me.
