Merry Potter Secrets - Moonwater Recipe

Hi All,

 

My fiance and I have been duoing (sometimes soloing) Brightstone Ruins. We're up to over 100 clears on this dungeon and have yet to see this recipe drop once. We've seen all of the other ones drop multiple times. Are we just getting super unlucky or does this recipe only drop in cross-server dungeon runs?

Daaaam. Yeah you and your fiance are just unlucky. Some get  it in like less than 10 runs. T_T

Upside to all the runs is we have plenty of moonwater tears ^_^
