Problem for Tranmute or Transform Item.

Hi, I have trouble transmute my item, I think is a bug in the game since the cost for transmutation is 40 coins coppers and have much more than that. So the problem is that system tells me I do not have enough money to make tranmutacion .... Someone just happens? What's Wron??? Why i cant tranform my item??? HELP ME PLS...
