can't see chat and can't speak in chat.

Simple as the title says. I can't see chat or even type in chat. Specifically party/faction/guild chat. I can use /whisper and /say perfectly fine as far as I can tell. But the other ones I can't see or type in at all. It worked yesterday or so perfectly fine and now suddenly nothing. Restarting the game or logging or or even restarting my computer has done nothing to help. Even doing the file repair does nothing. Anyone know a fix? Google hasn't helped much either but then again I'm an idiot about this stuff so I could be missing something.
