Massive performance drop after patch

Has anyone else had this? I get so much frame stutter now it's stupid. I used to only get it in dungeons and between loading areas... 

Anyone got a fix that doesn't require a me pretty much fixing Blade and Soul for NC?

I didn't play last night but will certainly reply to see if anything has changed for myself.

 

Have you checked perfmon.exe to see if there has been a change in performance for any specific component, obviously you will have to use whatever gfx monitoring tool you can to check out your card to see what BnS is using in terms of GPU resources.

 

A little more detail could help or it could just be a wait and see process if there is an inherent problem with the latest update.
